Casting
At ORDRM`s jewelry factory, we can provide 316L stainless steel casting. Casting is one of the basic processes of the modern jewelry manufacturing industry. Casting is a process in which a metal is smelted into a liquid that meets certain requirements and poured into a mold, which is cooled and solidified and subjected to a treatment to obtain a casting having a predetermined shape, size and performance. The casting blank is nearly shaped, and it is free of machining or a small amount of processing, which reduces the cost and reduces the production time.
Laser Cutting
Laser cutting machine has lots of advantages, such as high precision and high efficiency. For the small quantity of jewelry production, if using traditional casting method, the delivery time is not guaranteed, and the product sales will be further affected. So jewelry laser cutting machine has become the important jewelry making tools in the jewelry industry. We started our jewelry business in 2010. Nowadays, we have 3 jewelry laser cutting machine. We can provide customized services to our customers even for the small order.
Stamping
Stamping (also called pressing) is a method of placing flat sheet metal in either blank or coil form into a stamping press to make a desired shape and size blanks. The stamping process has high production efficiency, short production time and large processing size. Therefore, many jewelry blanks adopts stamping process. But the mold for stamping is expensive. One steel mould is about 2000 yuan. Stamping craft is suitable for large order quantity. ORDRM jewelry factory has 8 jewelry stamping machine, so we have the ability for producing large order.
Polishing
Polishing is an important part of jewelry craftsmanship. Polishing is a way to creating smooth and shiny surface of jewelry blanks. Polishing does not improve the dimensional accuracy or geometric accuracy of the jewelry blank, but is intended to achieve a smooth surface or mirror gloss, and sometimes to eliminate gloss. ORDRM® has more 10 polishing craftsmen, we can provide shiny polished finish, brushed finish, matte finish for jewelry blanks.
Electroplating
The electroplating process is a processing method for surface coating of precious metal jewelry, such as gold plating of silver jewelry, rhodium plating of platinum jewelry. The electroplating process protects the surface color and brightness of precious metal jewellery, giving the jewellery a more beautiful appearance. ORDRM® can do gold plating, rose gold plating, black plating, silver plating, blue plating, gun color plating.
Stone Setting
The main stone setting methods are prong setting, bezel setting, channel setting, column setting, pave setting. The stone elements we use are cubic zirconia (CZ), Czech bohemia crystal rhinestone, Swarovski crystal, Preciosa crystals.
